First we collect environmental, permitting, zoning, energy grid data from various different sources; then we analyze the data and use AI to identify the best places for developers to build their next projects.

đ What Youâll Achieve
- Surface bankable sites. Use your projectâdevelopment skills to identify parcels on interconnection headroom, zoning, environmental risk, and load proximity, then articulate why they are likely to reach NTP.
- Run deepâdive risk analyses on distribution, transmission, and behindâtheâmeter opportunities, presenting findings that deârisk eightâfigure investment decisions.
- Be the voice of the developer. File product tickets, hop into design reviews, and keep our engineers honest so the platform gets faster for you, your fellow Solutions Engineers/Associate SEs, and our customers.
- Levelâup the org. Mentor Associate SEs, refine playbooks, and contribute to internal tooling that slices hours (or days) off repetitive workflows.
- (Bonus) Powerâflow wizardry. If you can run loadâflow, shortâcircuit, and hostingâcapacity calculations in your sleep, we really want to speak with you!
- 3 years of exceptional professional experience in one of the following roles: Project Developer, Development Engineer, Interconnection/PowerâSystems Engineer, Environmental & Permitting Specialist, Site Acquisition Manager, DataâCenter SiteâSelection Analyst, or a closely related role.
- Fluency with GIS, Python, or other data-analysis tools.
- Comfort presenting to audiences ranging from the C-suite to county zoning boards.
- You wake up excited about renewables, sustainability, AI, or the data-center energy arms race.
- Friends describe you as meticulously detailed.
- Youâre comfortable juggling multiple priorities and executing them all well.
- You default to curiosity and consider yourself a life-long learner.
- Prior experience in a hyper-growth environment (start-up or otherwise).
- Experience scraping public GIS portals.
- A side obsession with bat habitats, bald eagles, load curtailment tariffs, or energy pricing - surprise us!
- $150,000-$170,000 annual compensation
