General Labor/ Custodian

Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking an General Labor/ Custodian worker for the Flower Mound, TX area.

This position reports into our operations manager and works with the office manager. 30% office/70% plant

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining restroom, breakroom, conference room and lobby area (cleaning, trash removal, etc.)
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Assisting with tooling – making print plates and retrieving/replacing print plates from our racks for our four machines
• Assist machine crews on preventative maintenance days
• Clean where needed in the plant: Baler, compressor areas, Picking up loose scrap and banding, and Dock areas (inside and outside)
• Maintain windows and removal of stray trash outside the facility
• Cleaning/maintenance projects as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
• Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Must be able to heavy lift
• General labor experience
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Custodial: 2 years (Required)
• General labor: 2 years (Required)
