Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring Route Sales Drivers to join our client in Springdale, AR.
Our client is one of the largest Bread Distributors in the entire world.
***Attention drivers: Here’s your chance to own your business. Minimum of 6%- 7% down payment required to purchase the route.***
Job Duties:
- Picking up bread product from distributor.
- Delivering product to vendors.
- Stocking and rotating product.
- Setting up store displays.
- Upselling products to store managers.
- Collecting payments from clients.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a drug test
- Must have your own vehicle insurance
- Must be able to get a DOT Medical Card
- Must have experience with sales or retail.
- No bankruptcy or liens within the past year
- Must be open to purchasing the route.
- Must be able to stand, bend, squat, twist, turn and lift 50 lbs. as needed. ·
- Will be manually loading and unloading truck with bread product on pallets
Pay:
$900.00 weekly salary.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
3AM-Finish
Schedule time may vary.
Must be able to work weekends if needed.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become a long term opportunity.

- Entrega de productos a proveedores.

- Montaje de expositores en tienda.
- Venta adicional de productos a gerentes de tienda.
- Cobro de pagos a clientes.
Requisitos de trabajo:
- Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes penales.
- Tener historial de manejo limpio.
- Debe pasar una prueba de drogas.
- Debe tener su propio seguro de auto.
- Debe poder obtener una tarjeta médica DOT.
- Debe tener experiencia en ventas o minorista.
- No haber habido quiebra ni embargos durante el último año.
- Debe estar abierto a la compra de la ruta.
- Debe poder pararse, doblarse, ponerse en cuclillas y levantar entre 25 y 30 libras según sea necesario.
Sueldo:
Salario semanal de $900.00.
Horario:
Lunes, martes, jueves, viernes y sábado.
3AM-Finalizar
El horario puede variar.
Debe poder trabajar los fines de semana si es necesario.
