Warehouse Specialist

Location: columbus-Marion- New albny

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Worker who can also operate as a Delivery Driver/Forklift Operator as needed. The primary responsibilities of this role will involve warehouse management, receiving and organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are ready for production. The employee will work closely with the plant manager to prepare materials for upcoming projects and, when necessary, make deliveries to job sites and pick up parts from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods and manage warehouse inventory.
• Organize and plan inventory to ensure materials are available for production.
• Prepare materials according to the plant manager's requirements for specific jobs.
• Drive delivery trucks to transport products to job sites when necessary.
• Pick up parts and supplies from local vendors when required.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (commercial driver's license is a plus).
• Experience in warehouse management and logistics.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency in computer use and Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with Priority ERP software is mandatory.
• Ability to perform duties that require frequent movement (this is not a desk job).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Languages: Knowledge of Hebrew is a strong advantage.

Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, [insert working hours]

Start Date: November 1, 2024
