Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office inventory and assist with the procurement of necessary supplies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to align on goals and objectives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Technological proficiency preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
