Responsibilities
- Assist the Base Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office inventory and assist with the procurement of necessary supplies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to align on goals and objectives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Technological proficiency preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate operational demands.
