Home Care Aide/Caregiver

We are a family owned and operated organization based in Santa Cruz County. Our clients reside in Santa Cruz and Monterey County.
Our Angels make a positive impact in our client's lives, assist them with daily life activities and provide comfort and reassurance to clients and their families during the times they need it most.
Our angels are trained to assist clients with:
- caring companionship,
- personal hygiene
- assistance to the bathroom/commode/bed pan
- meal planning and preparation
- medication reminders, medication pick ups
- grocery shopping
- ambulation, range of motion, gentle massage to promote circulation
- light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, dishes)
- safe transportation to and from recreational activities and doctors appointments
- maintaining a safe and happy home environment for clients, follow care plan and proper documentation
- well being observation

Requirements for Home Care Aides:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- TB test
- Registered with the Home Care Aide Registry of CA (we can assist the right candidates with this process)
- Have a valid Driver License
- Have valid Car Insurance
- Have at least one year of experience in professional home care aide role
- Be fluent in English
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Work well independently and as a team
- Be reliable, compassionate, nurturing, patient, have a good work ethic, and be understanding, reasonable
- Work weekends and holidays
