What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Resource Development Sr. Manager position at Pacific Autism Center for Education?
Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Resource Development Manager at its Santa Clara office. PACE is a nonprofit organization which provides high quality programs for individuals with Autism.
The Marketing and Resource Development Manager reports to the PACE Assistant Executive Director and must have experience in these key areas :
- Strategic planning and campaign management : Ability to plan, organize, and execute an annual strategic plan, including fundraising events, budget, Marketing and Communications plans, annual campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Database management : Must have experience and / or relevant experience with complex donor CRM databases, financial reporting and donation processing, donor stewardship, and donor analytics.
- Event management : Must have experience cultivating sponsors, budgets, auction procurement, donation and payment processing, event marketing and communications, and managing logistics and supplies.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience :
The candidate must possess the following minimum requirements for consideration :
Must be both a self-starter and a team player.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements :
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and photocopiers. The Director of Resource
Development and Marketing and must be able and willing to carry presentation materials, move tables
and chairs, and equipment as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical
requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
