Install Managers oversee teams of Lead Installers and Technician Assistants and are responsible for directing, coordinating, training, and evaluating the installation crews. They will ensure all installations and service calls are completed efficiently and on time, within budget, and to standard.
Job Summary: Manages the production processes to ensure that they run reliably and efficiently. The Install Manager plans, organizes, and controls production in an individual Branch to ensure that all installations/service calls are completed efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Responsibilities of the job include: planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements.

What You’ll Do:
Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls.
Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes.
Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator.
Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
6 years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience.
3 years of previous management or crew supervision experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).
