Job Summary: Supervises the installation of bathroom fixtures, showers, bathtubs, toilets, etc., from beginning to end. In this position, the Lead Installer will: coordinate with the Install Manager, work side by side with other crew members and/or subcontractors, while supervising the required installation. The overall goal of the Lead Installer is to work with installation crew members (both employee and subcontractors) to achieve completion of the installation project with the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency and conformance to the original plans and specifications.

What You’ll Do:
Kohler product installation in residential homes, requiring best-in-class workmanship.
Represent Pacific Bath and its clients, ensuring all jobs are completed on time with accurate documentation and forms.
Troubleshoot and problem solve situations as they arise.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in finish carpentry
Working knowledge of valves and drains
Drywall finish, painting, flooring, and home remodeling knowledge
Plumbing and wet area bath remodeling experience
- 3 years’ technical and trade experience.
