Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Full-time Onsite Microbiology Laboratory Analyst I/II/III in our Microbiology Services Department. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Microbiology and contribute to general and complex laboratory testing, sample management, and laboratory maintenance. As a member of the PBL Microbiology Services team, the analyst will participate in meeting departmental goals and perform routine and non-routine laboratory duties as directed. This position involves client-facing interactions, requiring quality focus and adherence to the PBL Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement comprehensive microbiological testing strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless laboratory operations and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging trends in microbiology testing.
