Pre and Post-op RN
OBJECTIVE
Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is implemented in all daily surgical activities. In a positive and cheerful manner, oversee and evaluate all pre and post-op activities. Work with the team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout admission, anesthesia and discharge phases of each patient's surgical experience. Maintain effective communication between departments at PCLI.

STATUS
Part Time (less than 23 hours/week)
SCHEDULE
Monday Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
*Schedule may vary according to patient schedule and clinic needs. ** Part-time = less than 24 hours, varied weekdays
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good listening skills
- Good computer skills comfortable with Microsoft Office & EHR/EMR products Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude
- The ability to work with a team and to achieve common goals; delegating to assistants
- Good driving record - Provide State drivers record upon job offer
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Climb stairs

LICENSURE REQUIRED
RN state licensure for the state(s) in which he/she practices
ADDITIONAL TRAINING:
- CPR certification (required)
- ACLS certification (optional)
