What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter/ Telemarketing (non-sales) position at Pacific Clean Air Solutions LLC?
Pacific Clean Air is a rapidly growing company with one goal in mind; help people improve their quality of life by improving the air that they breath. PCA helps educate clients on the importance of good air quality, and then provides them with the solutions and resources to live longer, healthier lives. I would love to hire someone with telemarketing experience, however this is not a sales position.
A Call Room Representative's main duty is to handle calling and scheduling appointments with current and potential customers. You will be expected to make a large number of outgoing calls during the shift. Any appointment you set has the potential to bring back a commission profit for you, which allows for a flexible and unrestricted potential income. You will also be given your own office to use and personalize as desired.
This position DOES NOT require you to:
- Have extensive knowledge of our products
- Sell any goods or services
- Work weekends or major holidays
