About the Program :
This position will be responsible for the oversight and management of the CFT program. The role involves supervising program staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering partnerships to support the well-being of children and families.
JOB SUMMARY
Schedule : Working hours will vary based on program and family needs and will encompass various hours and days from Monday to Sunday, as part of a flexible 40-hour work week.
The Program Supervisor hires, develops, trains, and manages program staff to ensure quality services to youth and families, utilizing shadowing, coaching, and / or other activities that allow the observation of staff in action. Coordinates and supervises daily program operations, assures adherence to policy and procedures, regulatory and licensing standards, and ensures fiscal stewardship of program funds.
