    Who We Serve

    Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Schedule : Monday through Friday from am to pm.

    As a member of the Communications Team, the Marketing Director reports to the Chief Communications Officer and will partner to establish a robust marketing function. In this role, the Marketing Director works closely with the Communications Director and collaborates with the communications team, internal Program Directors / Managers and external partners to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that effectively carry out the mission and goals of elevating awareness, engagement and participation in Pacific Clinics emerging and statewide programs for the communities we serve.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support Pacific Clinics emerging and statewide programs, Head Start and other revenue-generating functions statewide.
  • Team Oversight : Oversee the Marketing Manager and their activities, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Messaging : Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • KPI Development : Develop, set, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and refinement of engagement strategies.
  • Marketing Budget : Collaborate with Chief Communications Officer to develop and oversee and optimize the annual marketing budget.
  • Engagement Marketing Strategy : Develop messaging journeys that align with program relationship objectives and benefit the engagement experience through email marketing campaigns, social / paid media, and SMS to nurture leads and further engage with existing program participants.
  • Marketing Campaign Development and Execution : Strategize and oversee development and execution of marketing campaigns that support service and program initiatives.
  • Social Media Strategy : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy ensuring consistent and engaging content across social platforms.
  • SMS Strategy : Develop a new SMS / MMS text messaging strategy.
  • Content Capture : Identify and support processes and strategy for capturing relevant data and leveraging on-site event content for use in marketing material development, awards strategies, and social media content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and impact; Prepare reports for senior leadership and partners; Use data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and improve marketing outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies, including Google Analytics, Yelp, and other platforms.
  • SEO and Inbound Marketing : Implement / manage SEO and inbound marketing strategies, working with third-party experts, as necessary.
  • Strategic Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate new vendor partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s marketing strategy and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum years of integrated marketing and / or campaign experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within an agency or consulting setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong leadership skills and experience working with C-level executives with the ability to influence, work collaboratively and gain consensus across a large organization.

    Required to drive agency vehicle. Must have clean MVR, appropriate insurance coverage, and attend agency driver training.

    TRAINING

    Needs to successfully complete all required agency training indicated for this position.
