Pacific Coast Fresh Company is a local, family-owned produce distributor that has proudly served our Pacific Northwest retail, wholesale and food service customers since 1977. We are now one of the largest independent produce distributors in the Northwest with distribution centers in Portland, Oregon and Seattle (Kent), Washington.

What you'll do...
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax to receive and process orders, payments, and credits
- Research and resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns
- Review customer accounts weekly for compliance with credit terms
- Maintain menus on a weekly basis
- Acquire and maintain excellent product knowledge
- Communicate with sales team and buyers on a regular basis to ensure we are consistently providing quality and service
- Assist in other administrative tasks, as needed
What we look for...
- At least 1 year of previous Customer Service experience
- HS diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak in a friendly and professional manner
- Computer and software proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday, 5:00 - 10:00pm
- Expected duration of temporary position is 3-4 months
