Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, with hands-on experience in various restoration processes including water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools to effectively clean and restore properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.
- Conduct fire restoration services to repair and clean properties damaged by fire and smoke.
- Execute mold remediation procedures to safely remove mold from structures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Carry out asbestos abatement projects following regulatory guidelines for safe removal and disposal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning, repairing, and restoring damaged properties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion while meeting quality standards.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, carpet cleaning, and asbestos abatement is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
