The Project Manager takes the lead on assigned projects and ensures the effective transition from Sales to Reality.
· Manage assigned job and ensure that work in performed in accordance with the Company schedule.
· Implementation of an adequate logistics and timing schedule to complete assigned jobs.
· Managing multiple aspects of assigned jobs including design, implementation and monitoring; preparing written updates as requested; and managing relationships and scheduling with third party vendors.
· Assist in the provision of excellent customer service.
· Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) as needed.
· Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
· Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
· Plan, coordinate, develop, and oversee projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
· Serve as a link between management and customer by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
· Provide customer and employee services that include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
· Effectively and concisely communicate.
· Demonstrated strong team leadership skills.
· Maintain a high ethical standard.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Regular and reliable attendance, on call, weekends, evenings, attending work-related meeting, directing others, handling confidential information, typing, maintain consistent effort throughout day, meeting deadlines, operating equipment, staying organized and using math/performing calculations.
Sitting, standing, typing, bending, talking, hearing, viewing a computer screen, using a computer and mouse, repetitive use of hands/arms/legs, grasping, eye/hand coordination and fine manipulation.
Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Publisher
