Pacific Companies is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hospitalist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for patients recovering from major injuries or illnesses. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and case managers.
Key Highlights of the Position:
- Work in a 46-bed, private room Acute Care Hospital, admitting, rounding, and discharging patients with an average stay of 10-13 days.
- No ICU or procedures required.
- Daytime Hospitalist schedule, Monday to Friday, typical hours 8 am to 5 pm, NO NIGHTS.
- Enjoy 3 protected weekends per month.
This position offers excellent compensation, with an annual earnings potential of approximately $340,000. Opportunities for Associate Medical Director positions are available with a paid stipend of $50K annually. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are also available to eligible candidates.
