Reason for coverage : 1 Provider is moving

Schedule : 8a-12p (Procedures) & 12 : 30p-4 : 30p (Clinic)

Shift : Monday Friday (clinic 8a-4.30p)

Call : N / A

Patient volume : 15-20 PER DAY

Scope : General GI, No EUS or ERCP required

EMR : Epic

Group / support : MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech

Requirements (boards, license) : Board Certified only, UT License (may consider non-licensed with IMLC )
