Location : Wyoming
Duration : November Ongoing
Schedule : 2-4 weeks per month
Hours : Mon-Thu 8a-4p, Fri 8a-12p
No Call, No weekends!
Scope : Radiation Oncology Procedures : 3D IMRT
Volume : 5-10 PPD, 1-2 consults / day
EMR : Epic and Mosaiq
Equipment : ELEKTA INFINITY, VISION RT, VARIAN ECLIPSE & MOBIUS
Group : Single Provider, 1 RN, 2 Radiation Therapist, 1 Physicist, Remote dosimetry
Require : BC / BE, WY license / DEA
Credentialing : 60-90 days
