- Location : Wyoming
- Duration : November Ongoing
- Schedule : 2-4 weeks per month
- Hours : Mon-Thu 8a-4p, Fri 8a-12p
- No Call, No weekends!
- Scope : Radiation Oncology Procedures : 3D IMRT
- Volume : 5-10 PPD, 1-2 consults / day
- EMR : Epic and Mosaiq
- Equipment : ELEKTA INFINITY, VISION RT, VARIAN ECLIPSE & MOBIUS
- Group : Single Provider, 1 RN, 2 Radiation Therapist, 1 Physicist, Remote dosimetry
- Require : BC / BE, WY license / DEA
- Credentialing : 60-90 days
