In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to critically ill newborns, working closely with our NNP s to ensure seamless care delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to critically ill newborns in Level III NICU
- Work collaboratively with NNP s to assess patients and develop treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case conferences to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care
Requirements
- Active MS license (consideration given to IMLC candidates)
- Board certification or truly board eligible in Neonatology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
