Located an hour south of Oklahoma City, this position is part of a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that emphasizes comprehensive, excellent care and service to its community. Professional :
- 100% Outpatient – No Nights, No Weekends, No Call
- Potential for 1 – 2 days of Telehealth per week
- Average 15 patients per day
- Majority of patients are med management
- Common cases include : Depression, Anxiety, Social Disorders, Alzheimers, PTSD, ADHD
- 4 ½ day work week with 4 hours administrative time
- Option for a 4-day work week
- Full Support Staff including LCSW, LADC, LMFT,
- EMR is eclinical works
