Shift Notes :
24 Hour Call; 7a-7a, Schedule will be one to possibly two weekend per month (24 hour call )
On Call Requirements :
24 Hour Call
Weekend Requirements :
1 to possibly 2 weekends per month
MANDATED Job Requirements :
BLS & ATLS - Required
CO License at time of submission - Highly Preferred
BC in Trauma & BC in General Surgery - Required
Pediatrics experience - Required
Registration / Certification Requirements :

Job Descriptio Trauma Level II
Trauma cases only to be covered at Level 2 or Level 3 trauma center
Highly prefer providers who currently posses CO license
Providers must be BC in GS and trauma
Credentialing takes a full 90 days
