What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner position at Pacific Companies?
Location : Astoria, Oregon - 3 local locations
Duration : 8 / 1 / 2024 for 3 months with possibility to extend
Schedule : Full-time ideal (Will consider part-time availability)
4, 10 hour shifts / week, 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm (can be any days during the week)
Scope : Urgent care , must see all ages.
Suturing : yes
Pain management patients : No
Prescribe opioid or narcotics : No
Do they need to prescribe birth control : No
Patient volume : Average 15-30 per day
EMR : Cerner
Affiliated Hospital : Critical Access, 25 bed hospital
Group / support : No physicians at the urgent care clinics. Only NPs and maybe 1 or 2 PAs. Physician medical director starting later in the year.
Required : Oregon licensed, board certified or eligible, ACLS, and case logs in last 12 months
