Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing and MOM processes.
- Work with Siemens MOM tools and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support system testing, validation, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with business and IT policies.
