Pacific Crest Real Estate LLC (PRCE) is a leading property management company based in Seattle. We offer professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. We are seeking a responsible, hardworking and detail oriented full time Roving Property Manager for any properties within our portfolio that may need assistance. The generalized area would be within the Greater Seattle area including Seattle proper and Bellevue. This candidate is required to work onsite and have reliable transportation. The compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in property management and is looking to get their foot in the door. This position will report to the Senior Property Manager/Asset Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Market vacancies
- Meet and greet prospective residents, show/walk through available units
- Complete traffic sheets and maintain guest card files
- Administer the Resident Referral and Resident Retention programs
- Assist in resolving resident complaints and answer any resident questions
- Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, process rental forms
- Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files
- Assist with monitoring curb appeal, office and common area appearance
- Perform maintenance sssessments, and coordinate maintenance work, vendor relations
- Errand running including the purchase of supplies, mailing at post office, etc.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Must be able to work on weekends, living on-site is optional
- 1-3 years related experience preferred but not required
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of AppFolio and Onsite a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
