Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, oversees and participates in product shipping,
storing, receiving, and inventory control. Serves as a lead to hourly warehouse coordinators with a
focus on training and providing work direction and guidance through coaching and timely
feedback. Is responsible for coordinating shipping/receiving processes to support the Fulfillment
Center Operations team. This position will perform a variety of shipping/receiving clerical
responsibilities in a professional, timely manner to support the organizational objectives of the
department. This position requires constant and detailed communication to ensure shipments are
delivered and received on time.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Leads office coordinators through hands-on coaching, training, and

- Drives positive employee relations and ensures effective communication

- Leads the team in achieving established performance standards to
work efficiently in their assigned roles.
- Partners with inbound and outbound coordinators on loads.
- Updates supervisor on any updates and progress of assigned tasks.
- Issues and manages work assignments.
- Audits inbound and outbound orders for accuracy.
- Reports any damaged product or any discrepancies on the product.
- Assists logistics supervisor with daily tasks and logistics coordination of

- Serve as backup for Shipping/Logistics Coordinator as needed and can

Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses, certifications etc)
Essential Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to operate RF scan technology/shipping computers.
- Ability to read and write numbers and letters.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
- Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of SAP/WMS systems.
- Previous team lead / supervisory experience.
- Experience with Microsoft office software.
- Willing to work any shift, based on business necessity.
- Work area is in a climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise level.
- Exposure to weather and temperatures can range from cold to hot in warehouse area.
- Noise level can be moderate to high throughout the facility.
- Uses a computer keyboard/mouse and views monitor for extended periods.
