The Pacific Cycle HR team supports approximately 150 employees to include marketing, product development, finance, quality, planning, data & analytics, consumer care, sales, and other cross-functional commercial teams.
As a member of the leadership team, the HR Director acts as a collaborative HR partner and advises on people-related strategy and decisions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, compensation, talent development, engagement, performance, and strategic HR planning. In this position, you'll oversee the HR & Facilities team, to include two direct reports. The team engages and partners with the PonBike HR Centers of Excellence to obtain consultative support and leverage common tools, systems, and processes. You'll support HR COEs and HR Business Services to provide insights on initiatives and act as a critical partner in the execution of strategic deliverables across the business.
As a people and culture champion, you will lead key initiatives aimed at ensuring our teams have the tools, resources, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully drive business results. Our ideal candidate will possess a knack for establishing a positive rapport with others, an ability to foster a culture of high employee engagement and enjoys working in a fast-paced business environment.
This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.
