Pacific Cycle is hiring a

Director of Marketing!

This exciting opportunity will lead the development and implementation of a successful marketing strategy for the Schwinn and Mongoose brands. A relationship-focused role, the Director of Marketing will oversee the Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative Services teams and collaborate closely with the Product Development, Finance, and Sales teams.

This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities :

MarketingLead the creation and execution of world-class marketing designs that reinforce the brand's identity and business objectives.Monitor brand performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and adjust marketing plans to maximize effectiveness.Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including digital, social, print, events, and tradeshows to drive brand awareness and engagement.Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Leading Teams

Develop, motivate, and lead world-class teams across functional areas.Attract and maintain top marketing, e-commerce, and creative services talent.Train and foster team members' development across marketing strategies and methodologies.Key Competencies

Relationship Building | Creativity | Industry Knowledge | Organizing & Planning | Customer OrientationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience.5 years of leadership experience; experience leading a multi-pronged team preferred.5 years of experience working with and presenting brand strategies to Mass customers like Walmart, Target, and Amazon.5 years of experience in managing marketing tools such and social and digital media channels, experiential marketing, and sponsorships.Experience with leading an overall brand strategy.Experience in preparing communication plans and strategy.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage communication within a highly matrixed and large organization.Some of Our Great Benefits :
