Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager working out of our new office in Los Angeles. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to work autonomously and take ownership of every aspect of their assigned project with Principal oversight where needed. This role requires the ability to proactively solve problems, take on challenges, provide leadership to a project team, and proficiency in key Project and Cost Management skills and tasks, including the following :
- Creation and management project schedules.
- Contract review and development.
- Lease and work letters.
- Generating benchmarked project budgets, tracking of revisions and management of cost reports.
- Reporting / presenting to clients.
- RFP development for consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Chairing meetings, generating meeting agendas and minutes.
- Oversee the effective and efficient coordination of the client and project team entities.
- Interface between design and construction teams.
- Coordination of jurisdictional approvals.
- Tracking and disseminating open items, providing follow up as necessary.
