Youth Sports Coordinator

Business Hours:
MON 3-8pm
TUE 3-8pm
WED 2:30-8pm
THU 10:15am-1:30pm, 3-8pm
FRI 3-8pm
SAT 8:15am-1:30pm (1:30-9pm for events)
SUN - CLOSED

This position will work closely with our Programs Director and will be in charge of overseeing our adaptive gymnastics program, urban ninja program, & cheer and tumbling program specialists as well as our competitive wrestling program supervisor.

General Tasks & Responsibilities (10 hours/week)

• Leading, managing, and holding people accountable within their programs
• Scheduling staff, classes, and class rotations within their different programs
• Designing and implementing curricula for each program
• Managing student life cycles enrolled in any of the programs
• Training staff within their different programs
• Mentoring program specialists & competitive supervisor

Qualified candidates must have management experience (1 years preferred), and must be available to work 10-29 hours/week (our business days are Monday-Saturday). This is a part time position and can include coaching shifts along with managerial duties.

• Highly accountable with the ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive mentoring relationships
• Ability to get a team of people to work together synergistically
• Previous gymnastics coaching experience a plus (but not required)

Salary Range: $23.15 to $26.80 per hour (depending on industry experience)
