Job Description
We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator Specialist to join an established real estate development and property management company based in the Roseville area. Our client offers a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture, a strong leadership team, and a flexible working environment. This is a direct hire, onsite schedule. Salary : $65,000-$75,000 DOE.
The qualified candidate has experience with high-volume accounts payable and bank reconciliations. Experience with multiple entities is preferred.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Review coding and makes necessary changes based on budgeting expenses; ensures consistency with previous transactions.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of auditable financial records, reports and files related to accounts, expenditures, statements, invoices, and assigned activities; generate and distribute computerized reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Assist with audits and other compliance requirements.
