We are looking for someone with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and an ability to accomplish a broad range of administrative duties. This is a job with some variety, mostly administrative tasks but there are always fun miscellaneous tasks to do including collaboration on marketing pieces or helping with special projects.
General daily tasks include:
· General clerical duties including photocopying, and scanning.
· Draft and send Work Orders.
· Schedule Punch lists and Change Orders.
· Maintain and update projects files.
· Permit follow ups, work order and change order follow ups.
· Assists in managing the day-to day projects activities; Schedule preconstruction meetings, make sure left-over materials are scheduled for pick up at end of the project phase & schedule clients walkthroughs.
· Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and co-workers.
· Follow through with project managers and crews to ensure timely advancement of project milestones.
· Answer and forwards appropriate calls/Check emails and enter info on CRM to be reviewed by PM's and Production Manager.
· Track projects through communicating with coworkers, supervisors, on projects status and development.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
· Ability to provide excellent customer service.
· Effective conflict resolution skills.
· Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
· High school diploma
· Excel experience
· Microsoft Office experience
· Strong ability to multitask
