Job Responsibilities
- Manage Physician Surgical and Clinical Scheduling.
- Coordinate patient care, ensuring accuracy of prescriptions, surgical consents, and instructions.
- Optimize physician schedules to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay updated on current promotions and marketing strategies.
- Conduct patient consultations for DLV products and services, aiming for high conversion rates.
- Coordinate co-management services with patients.
- Facilitate strong communication with the surgery team and inside sales.
- Track conversion rates and total surgeries booked, reporting monthly and quarterly.
- Manage drop kit sales and optimize sales efficiency.
- Identify strategies to enhance patient care efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dougherty Laser Vision surgical products.
- Oversee execution of OD/MD consultation days.
- Provide strategic input on regional opportunities and competitive activity.
- Utilize analytical skills to optimize revenue per patient.
- Deliver presentations and develop relationships with key referring patients.
- Prioritize day-to-day activities to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Drive sales volume through alumni patient referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create consistency in patient experience across all locations.
- Optimize average sales price per patient through pricing strategies.
- Enhance social media engagement and online presence.
- Coordinate internal marketing efforts and align with outside sales.
- Manage DLV patient products and services.
- Drive excellence in patient satisfaction surveys and communicate results.
- Meet or exceed year-over-year patient referral growth objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization including the executive leadership team is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs.

- Travel for this role is a requirement of employment.

Salary : $21 - $26
