Pacific Facility Solutions is actively looking for a service-minded full-time Maintenance Tech / Jack of all Trades to help our clients by providing excellent customer service for our clients while completing a variety of assigned tasks in and around Tacoma, WA. We pay our technicians $20-$40/hour, depending on experience. In this role you can expect to work typical daytime hours, with some night and weekend work assigned as needed. REQUIREMENTS OF A MAINTENANCE TECH / JACK OF ALL TRADES
- At least 5 years in building maintenance or construction trades
- Can plan and manage your work day, and can work independently
- Can physically perform job-related tasks
- Ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Carpentry and woodworking skills a must!
