This skilled trade position earns $20-$40/hour, depending on experience, and typically works daytime hours, with some night and weekend work assigned as needed. REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN
- Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or construction trades
- Ability to plan and manage your workday, and can work independently
- Physically able to perform job-related tasks
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
- Current driver's license and good driving record required
- Carpentry and woodworking skills a must!
