What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Inspector - Independent Contractor position at Pacific Field Service?
Pacific Field Service has been providing Residential and Commercial field services Nationwide for more than 20 years. Our inspections are performed on behalf of loan servicers. There is no certification required for this type of inspection. We are currently seeking coverage for Commercial inspections in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas.
Communication is essential in the success of our team. We have several staff members in our office to provide assistance and answer any questions that may arise during the inspection process. Commercial property inspections are general condition inspections and require an appointment to be secured with the property contact. Photo requirements vary from inspection to inspection, although they are typically 12-15 photos, plus deferred maintenance photos. These inspections generally take about 45 minutes to an hour to complete on-site, and 45 minutes to an hour administrative time. Training will be provided prior to the issuance of any Commercial inspection.
