Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for increasing revenues and margins through distributor relationships and direct end-user development. You’ll manage a multistate territory and play a key role in field marketing, sales training, product demonstrations, and business development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to consistently exceed monthly revenue and margin goals.
- Build and support a selective distribution network throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with end-users and strategic accounts.
- Deliver in-field product training and demonstrations using a trailer-based setup.
- Collaborate with distributor partners through sales planning, support, and motivation.
- Become a product expert and effectively communicate with both front-line users and executive-level decision-makers.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in channel and/or direct sales preferred.
- Background in commercial cleaning equipment sales is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong self-management, goal orientation, and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
