Experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman position
This is not an introductory position. Applicant must have lawn maintenance and foreman experience.
Includes but is not limited to:
* Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM including all daily labor, equipment and materials required to complete daily objectives
* Work with and supervise crew members to ensure proper safety, quality, and productivity
* Cut grass, trim edges, clean up debris, blow trimmings, prune shrubs, water turf areas and perform other lawn care duties as needed
* Landscape bed work, including weeding and raking
* Use power equipment, such as, 21", 36" walk behind, and 48" lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers
* Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment and sites as work is finished to be sure it is done to the best of standards
* Clean driving record with valid drivers license Mandatory
Requirements:
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of most landscape equipment
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
Must be able to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to start work before 7AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Garden Maintenance Foreman: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
