Qualifications :
Proven supervisory and customer service skills
Knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance and enhancement
Extensive horticultural knowledge and experience
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of smart phone operation
Design skills, certifications, degrees in this field are a plus
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must be a team player, as well as possess leadership skills
Possess refined communication skills, both oral and written
Must be accountable and capable of taking on responsibility willingly
Responsibilities :
Management of sales, retention, and labor management goals
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
Coach and mentor direct reports on processes and procedures
Ability to direct team members to provide and maintain consistent quality standards
of the company for customers
Ability to provide fair and responsible solutions for customers
Generate clear and concise proposals and reports
Promote client relationships through continuous communication, including monthly walkthroughs and preparation of punchlists
Conduct meetings as necessary and be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its clients
Maintain open and constant communication with their team
Attendance of board meetings is required when necessary to solidify relationships with clients
Promote safety and a pressing and imperative goal on a daily basis
Job Duties :
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Meet monthly quotas
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
