Pacific Imaging Management LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Imaging Center Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff leadership, and quality service delivery of our imaging center. This role is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and supporting continuous improvement through Lean initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Development
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement through MDI, team based problem solving, and staff development.
- Foster a respectful, communicative work environment through regular team meetings and personal development sessions.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure ACR accreditation and maintain current registration/licensure for services, and equipment.
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, inventory, and radiation safety standards.
- Evaluate care quality through direct observation and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient service.
Financial & Strategic Management
- Ensure each department within the center, and the center overall, is on track to meet targets.
- Be accountable for financial and growth goals; coordinate budget-related tasks with Finance and Payroll.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare or imaging center management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Lean principles and healthcare compliance standards
- Ability to foster team engagement and drive process improvement
