What You’ll Do
✔ Assist in preparing immigration applications and petitions (e.g., Employment based, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, and more)
✔ Draft legal documents, affidavits, and client correspondence
✔ Maintain accurate case records and follow up on case statuses
✔ Communicate with clients to gather documents and provide updates
✔ Conduct legal research on immigration policies and procedures
✔ Work closely with attorneys and consultants to ensure case accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration law (law firm or consulting firm preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of USCIS forms, procedures, and immigration laws
✅ Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Positive and honest personality with a strong work ethic
✅ Drug-free workplace: Candidates must pass a drug test
✅ Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism
✅ Strong communication and writing skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
✅Fluent in Spanish
