This location was acquired by the organization and our client is looking to bring in an established leader to implement industry best practices and transform their Boston services segment. They are searching for a proven leader in the services industry who understands the needs and demands of providing best-in-class in-home services to their customers.
Essential Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership
- Manage the P&L for the location, ensuring profitable growth and meeting EBITDA goals.
- Define and deliver strategic objectives for the region, including sales, project management, service, and overall financial performance.
- Establish and execute operational improvement programs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Serve as the primary leader for all client and business development, operations, safety, and service.
