Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to work closely directing three landscape maintenance crews of three employees to provide year-round Landscape Maintenance to 50 - 60 customers from commercial, high-end residential, and HOA properties. Responsibilities include :
- Responsively and proactively address our client’s landscaping needs.
- Train and enforce safety practices to protect our employees.
- Keep our clients' grass the greenest and plants the healthiest and as beautiful as possible.
- Efficiently run and manage 50 - 60 maintenance routes to ensure profitability.
- Train and develop PLM maintenance crew members to increase their knowledge.
- Collaborate with other PLM Maintenance Account managers to ensure we are all doing our best work.
- Track and analyze data on contract performances to ensure efficiency and bid accuracy.
- Take care of and respect the company’s property (vehicles, equipment, and worksites). Treat them like they're yours.
