We're activelyseeking atalentedInternal Wholesaler - Annuity to join our team in Omaha, NE. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work in office in Omaha and from home a portion of each week.
As an Internal Wholesaler, you'll be in a sales support role and play a key part in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by helping to drive sales results in partnership with an External Wholesaler.You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, driving sales results through Financial Advisor meeting follow-ups, and moving the sales process through proactive activity. You will be an extension of your External Wholesaler through messaging, sales follow-up cadence, and marketing campaigns with clients and prospects.
How you'll help move us forward:
The Internal Wholesaler partners with the External Wholesaler to meet or exceed territory goals
Proactively markets life insurance products to existing and potential Producers/Financial Advisors, leads follow-up, relationship building, and driving own sales plans
Uses understanding of sales initiatives, business plans, product features, and sales stories to support the overall efforts of the External Wholesaler to develop and grow the market
Manages and develops own "farm team" of potential Producers to increase overall production
Coordinates activities for marketing campaigns, seminars, and special marketing-related projects
The experience you bring:
FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licenses required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably in Life Insurance
Previous Financial sales/marketing experience
Strong verbal communication skills to educate and influence sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Compensation:
The base pay for this role is $67,000. In addition, this role is eligible for incentives based on production.The total target annualized compensation (base plus incentives) is $90,500

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
