JOB MISSION
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a New Home Market Analyst to play a key role in our Sales and Marketing efforts while reporting to and supporting our Land Team . This position will focus on conducting detailed market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, assess market demand, and evaluate competitive dynamics across our three geographic areas. The New Home Market Analyst will provide crucial insights to support land acquisition, product pricing, and investment decisions. This role involves significant data analysis, market forecasting, and collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that inform both land strategies and sales / marketing initiatives.

We have an in-office work culture with a general schedule of 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
