Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Hematology Oncology team at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA. As a Senior Clinic RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing treatment for various cancers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Washington State RN license
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an in-patient care or ASC setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
