Operations Supervisor
Reports to: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our San Marcos, TX branch location. You will contribute to and oversee commercial mobile office repair and construction workflow at our facility. This role is responsible for coordination of daily construction activities and transportation of leasing units to customer sites. The ideal candidate will be an individual who will be able to work alongside with doing maintenance tasks and coach employees in job performance and promote a strong safety culture. You should be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and a results-driven and focused individual. The goal of this position is to ensure that operations are carried out safely, productively, and to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Pay Range: $26 - $29 per hour DOE
You will be responsible for:
Daily quality control checks on outbound and inbound units
Estimating costs on damages/repair issues on inbound units
Maintaining organized, clean, and safe yard and working areas
Working in alignment with company goals/objectives for ready status, idle fleet, long term maintenance, and customer service quality standards
Performing all aspects of unit preparation as required
Lease unit repair, maintenance, and overall condition
Performing maintenance on rental fleet to PMSI standards
Overseeing maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, ensure inspection logs are updated and accurate
Performing tracking of labor and materials on, and oversee, custom modification and refurbishment projects as directed by Regional Operations Manager
Performing monthly asset and material ordering and inventories
Accuracy of unit notes and descriptions in Dynamics 365
Actively participating in monthly branch safety meetings
Responsibility for facilities maintenance, appearance, and organization
Preparing and loading units with foundation materials and entry systems
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Basic understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Construction knowledge including building materials and techniques
Acceptable driving record per Pacific Mobile standards
Forklift experience
LEAN and 5S experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces
Spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Work outside in all weather conditions
Operate handheld power tools
Wear personal protective equipment
Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week, overtime as required to meet customer needs
