Schedule: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8am - 5pm
What You’ll Do
In Your First Few Months, You Will:
Receive comprehensive training in Rental Projects Coordinator procedures and leasing operations.
Collaborate with Sales Associates and Superintendents to execute construction rental projects.
Learn the ins and outs of assembling and installing commercial modular structures.
Develop strong working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
Assist with invoicing, collections, and repossession procedures.
Manage daily rental project scheduling, ensuring timely deliveries, pickups, and unit moves.
Maintain accurate records in our company database for subcontractors and customers.
Answer and direct calls via a multi-line phone system, providing excellent service.
Within 12 Months, You Will:

What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project).
Experience managing project change orders, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor coordination.
Strong understanding of prevailing wage requirements, Davis-Bacon Act, and union labor rates.
Ability to interpret cost codes, budget estimates, and detailed scopes of work.
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations related to transportation and logistics.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 1-2 years of experience coordinating construction projects.
· Minimum 2 years of administrative support in a sales or project management setting.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly define project requirements.
· Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
· Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to collaborate and problem-solve with team members, contractors, and vendors.
